Lawsons Lofts have transformed our pokey old loft conversion into a large light filled master bedroom, with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite. From the very beginning Nyk and his team have been amazing. Every single person involved in the build were polite, hardworking and always up for answering questions – however stupid they were!. The lofts itself took less time to do than expected and that was down to the sheer hard work and coordination of all the team. Chris the Project Manager was always around to answer questions and check in with us. It’s really been faultless. As for the loft, well we couldn’t be more thrilled! It’s amazingly beautiful and creates some lovely new space.

Lawsons Lofts converted our loft into a spacious bedroom with a nice bathroom three years ago. We were really happy with how everything turned out. A few days ago, I noticed the gutter on the dormer side was leaking, and messaged Nyk about the problem. I wasn’t too sure if we were still under the guarantee period at first, Nyk got back to me very quickly and confirmed we were still under the work guarantee period. Tom from the company came to fix the gutter the next morning. We are really happy with the quality and efficiency of their services. I would highly recommend Lawsons Lofts to anyone that is considering a loft conversion.

We were impressed on all fronts by Nyk and his team. From planning, through build to finish, we received great advice and everyone was very professional. Any concerns along the way were dealt with swiftly and the job was completed within the agreed time and budget. Two years on we have had no problems with the loft and continue to enjoy it every day.

All the different tradesmen used were polite and always cleared up afterwards. Nyk and his project managers Chris & Tom were great at answering any questions and queries quickly and I was never made to feel any question was silly and boy I asked a lot of questions! We are all delighted with the extra space and the loft conversion has given us. It is much bigger than we imagined it could be. All the crew were very polite and cleared up after themselves.

Can’t fault the work done or the professionalism of the builders, there may have been times when it might have been nice to have a better idea of who was coming when, but this is a minor criticism. Extremely happy with our loft.
